4-Inch Threaded Nozzles
Safely secure these nozzles with our practical 1/4" NPT threaded ends.
These nozzles are made out of Polyethylene plastic and feature 1/4" NPT threads on one end to easily adapt them to sealant packs or to Bojo's flexible hoses (shown below).
Use them to easily & efficiently apply sealants while reducing waste, saving you time and money.

HI-LOKTM Cap Sealing Nozzles & Adapters
Make HI-LOKTM cap sealing much easier with our nozzles and adapters with wider mouths.
Our HI-LOKTM and HI-LITETM fasteners cap sealing nozzles come in both standard and 1/4" NPT threaded ends. They are made out of strong and resistant polypropylene plastic designed to cap seal #8 size fasteners. It is possible to insert our SA-10-PP & SA-12-PP adapters (showcased below) with even wider mouths in order to more efficiently and easily seal HI-LOKTM and HI-LITETM fasteners as explained in the short video below.
Speed up your HI-LOKTM and HI-LITETM fasteners cap sealing daubing with our specialized tools.
With our HI-LOKTM Fasteners Cap Sealing Daubers - which are composed of an MST2-190-189-XNGL handle combined with any of our clear, SA-25-6-1-PP through SA-25-6-6-PP nozzles (shown below), or any of our blue, SA-25-8-1-PP through SA-25-8-6-PP nozzles (shown above) - you can complete daubing operations more efficiently as illustrated in this short video below:
These adapters were designed to be attached to our Cap Sealing Nozzles in order to efficiently apply sealant to HI-LOKTM and HI-LITETM fasteners for a perfect fit, since they are wider.

The standard models, just like our SA-25-8-( )-PP nozzles (above), are a perfect fit for our MST2-190-189-XNGL dauber handle to help you with your daubing operations with a longer reach, even in smaller spaces.

P/N: SWN-25NPT-25FNPT-PE: Use this swiveling adapter to connect any of our 1/4" NPT threaded sealant nozzles and immediately gain a full range of motion to more easily apply sealant to components in tight spaces or awkward angles.
Our extension hoses make cap sealing operations much easier and faster because of the added extension length and flexibility.
They are each made by hand following strict quality guidelines & the best materials available.
6-Inch Sealant Nozzle Flex Hose
P/N: SAA-6-M25-F25-N: Use our plastic extension hoses to screw in any of our 1/4" NPT threaded sealant nozzles to give you a longer reach and higher flexibility when applying sealants.
12-Inch Sealant Nozzle Flex Hose
P/N: SAA-12-M25-F25-N: If you need an even longer extension than our 6" hose, then this one will work better for your sealing needs with double the reach, and with even more flexibility.
